ACTIVATED YOGA
Yoga for individual growth, collective liberation, and deeper interconnection
Welcome to Activated Yoga. I am so glad you’re here.
I am a 200HR RYA yoga instructor teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative classes throughout the Bay Area. Certified as a trauma-informed facilitator through the Art of Yoga Project with further accreditation with Accessible Yoga as of Spring 2025, I specialize in providing safe and inclusive spaces to explore mind, body and spirit. I aim to be your advocate, removing barriers to access and providing you with the resources and time to embrace own personal power.
As a queer woman with personal and professional experience navigating mental health and embodied trauma, I am no stranger to the challenges that arise when we quiet the mind enough to fully experience the body. I am also here to tell you that the rewards of doing so are infinite. When we feel safe and loved in our own bodies, our capacity to love and be kind grows tenfold.

I offer private in person or online sessions to students focusing on supporting existing conditions or looking to develop and refine their practice. This may include: advancing a practice, restorative care, or more specialized chair yoga, reclined yoga & mobility-aware sessions.
I host private group events including youth and teen workshops, corporate events, and community classes.
Events
I collaborate with NGOs, local collectives & artists to provide yoga and mindfulness sessions that bring awareness to local and global issues and provides safe and inclusive spaces for community gathering.
“I believe that yoga is as much a personal practice as it is a path toward unity, empowerment, and interconnection.
When we build a practice that honors our most authentic selves, we grow our capacity to respond to the world with compassion and integrity.
In recognition that our own liberation is bound to the world around us, Activated seeks to reimagine the modern yoga movement as a transformative path toward global justice, equity, and radical love.”
