The art of yoga is in learning how to listen to our most authentic selves and respond with compassion and grace. Knowing how each component of yoga can contribute to our lived experience can be difficult, and one of the many reasons we often look for a community to practice alongside.
But when life gets busy, or our bodies ask for more individualized attention, a private ritual is a wonderful way to connect and inspire your journey.
I offer private, in person and online sessions tailored to your unique journey and aspirations. Whether you consider yourself brand-new to the practice, or you’re a lifelong yogi eager to re-engage, we’ll collaborate to discover a practice that builds strength and resilience in mind, body and spirit.

Mobility-Aware Yoga: Supportive practices for injury recovery, experiencing mobility restriction, living with disability, and desiring support

How it Works
Our sessions will be personalized and collaborative. Each session is unique and informed by your goals, body, and relationship to practice. Rooted in accessible and mobility-aware yoga principles, sessions may include movement, breath-work, meditation, somatic awareness, restorative practices, and nervous system support to help cultivate strength, stability, flexibility, and deeper connection to self.
Initial sessions begin with a thoughtful exploration of your movement patterns, range of motion, practice history, goals, curiosities, and any injuries or limitations. From there, we build a routine that evolves with you and supports your life both on and off the mat.
Weekly or biweekly sessions are encouraged to build consistency, trust, and sustainable growth over time. Monthly sessions available. Book individually or purchase sessions as a pack to establish your practice at a discounted rate. Group and partnered sessions available.
